Returns / Refunds
Should you decide you do not want a return-eligible product within 3 days of delivery or pick-up, we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product, less any shipping costs incurred by us, including where free shipping or flat-rate shipping was provided.
The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and must arrive back to us in the same condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, graded or non-graded, Trading Card Game sealed product, Sports Card products and singles, graded or non-graded, randomized items such as blind boxes or bundles, or event entries/player registrations.
Order Cancellations, Reductions, and Event Registration Cancellations (Not Pre-Orders)
Cancellations or reductions in quantity for TCG sealed product, Sports Card products, collectible trading card products, and event entries/player registrations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee based on the total order value or registration value being cancelled.
This fee is applied to help cover payment processing costs, banking fees, administrative time, and other costs associated with captured payments that have already been processed and settled by the payment provider or financial institution.
If a substitution is made or store credit is issued in place of a refund, the cancellation fee may be waived at TKO Toy Co.’s discretion. Any transaction tied to a substitution or store credit issued to avoid the cancellation fee is considered final sale.
For order cancellations or event registration cancellations, please email tkotoyco@gmail.com for the request to be reviewed and processed. Please allow 3–4 business days for approved refunds to be processed. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products returned to either of our stores within 30 days of purchase. Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit. We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on Sports Card or Trading Card Game singles or opened products.
Missing pieces/damaged products
If you receive a damaged/missing product, you are required to notify us by email at tkotoyco@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
Superficial scuffing/tearing/damage on Trading Card Game or Sports Card Sealed Product that has no impact on the internal contents will not qualify as such and will be review on a case-by-case basis for approval.
Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped boxes. This is a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from Pokémon and other manufacturers. This is not a reason for a refund, store credit or exchange. We will do our due diligence to best protect the products when shipping.
Pre-order cancellations/quantity reduction policy
Cancellation and/or Reduction in Quantities of all Pre-Orders for Sports Card Products, Trading Card Game Sealed Product, and other Collectible/Randomized Card Products are NOT Permitted, as all Pre Order products are allocated for “limited time” and available on a “first-come, first-served basis” while quantities last. All items purchased during the “Pre Order” window are Final Sale!
Release date delays can occur in some instances related to product allocations, production or distribution factors and other logistics that are completely out of our control. For any products that are delayed as a result of this will NOT serve as any reason to circumvent this policy.
